so, I've been on bed rest for a week now...went back to the doctor yesterday, my blood pressure is still high but Jackson is doing fine. Both tests, the amniotic fluid index and non stress test, showed that he was still moving bunches in the little space he has left and that he is head down. The bad news, my cervix is not progressing on it's own. I am still 50% effaced but not dilated, therefore the doctor decided that my cervix is not favorable for induction and wants to wait a week, until next Monday the 22nd.
So needless to say we are disappointed, overwhelmed, stressed...don't know what to do the next few days but lay on my left side, relax and watch red box movies...
I will continue to keep everyone updated...sorry to go back and forth...seems like one day we think one thing and the next we are back to nothing...
