We have signed the paper work and put money down to start building a house in Deerfoot Pointe in Pinson!!! We are really excited and after looking at several other new neighborhoods the last couple of weeks, when we walked in this one today (for the 18th time) we knew it was the one.
So, a little info on it...3 bedrooms, 2 baths, eat in kitchen, fireplace, covered patio, all one level, 2 car garage.... We picked out a lot today...so we get to pick out everything!!!

Lot 85 Deerfoot Pointe
Here is our lot. It backs up to the woods. The picture of the house is what ours will look like...there is nothing on our lot right now but dirt....but hopefully before long it will look like the pciture!
