Football 2008 has begun! It is an exciting year, we have season tickets for the Auburn Home games (one benefit of living here). Here are some pictures, yes, Josh is wearing an Auburn shirt and hat, but he is still an Alabama Fan at Heart. We will always be a house divided over football.
The first game, we tailgated at the Facilities unit on the outskirts of campus with a group of friends. Josh built the "corn hole" game. It is so much fun! All you do is throw a bean bag and try to ring the whole! Of course, one board is painted red for Alabama and the other blue for Auburn. Josh only stayed for the first few plays of Auburn Football before that die hard Alabama fan kicked in and he went back to the tailgate to watch the Crimson Tide! It was a wonderful way to kick of the season, 2 wins!!!!
The second game, Josh's Mom and Step Dad came down. The game was early, so no big tailgate this week. However, we saw tiger walk and sat it out in the heat through half time. After that, steaks on the grille at the house and watching the Alabama game on PPV. Another great week of football!!!
